We aim to bring to you the best products from Latin America.

When we receive the products in the UK we personally inspect each piece and check it is in good condition to be sent to the customer.

We also ensure that the packaging is protecting our products during shipping and they arrive in the best condition to your hands.

Remember that the products we sell are handmade by artisans and they are not mass produced with standard equipment so it is not unusual to find small differences between items. (That's precisely what makes them unique and gorgeous!)

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns if the products have been used.

In the unlikely event that the products are destroyed or materially damaged during shipping, please send us the pictures and order number to chimumarketlimited@gmail.com.
